Kickboxing Technique Workshop! Saturday, August 21 from 8-10am, with a FREE KBC class to follow! This workshop will teach everything you will ever need to know to be successful in any KBC class! It is both an opportunity for new people to have more time practising technique, and a review for those who have been doing it for a while and may have developed some poor training habits. -How to Wrap properly-probably the most important aspect of any KBC class -Proper stance, foot placement, distance from bag -How to punch properly, from both a left and right footed stance -How to Cut Kick -Front and Side kicks For those that want to learn, we will show you how to hold pads properly, as this is an excellent way to workout with a partner The last 30 minutes will be for review, practise, and questions

Friday September 10 from 6-9pm for Beginners/Intermediate and Saturday September 11 from 10am-230pm for Advanced Kettlebell techniques

Ron Gonzales was crowned champion of the 2009 Agatsu Kettlebell games, and Kim is the only female in North America selected to the Elite Agatsu Team and plans to compete in Russia at the World GS games!
