This type of behaviour places a great deal of strain on the body, especially the back, shoulders, arms and the legs; and all of this AFTER the trauma your body goes thru during labour!
Since mommies have special needs, TEMPLE FITNESS has created a special program just for them. While chasing kids around may SEEM like a daily marathon, the physical fitness benefits are limited due to the stop/start nature of these movements.
mommyFITT focuses on the areas moms need most- core conditioning and cardiovascular fitness to strengthen the entire body and burn fat quickly, helping you regain your pre-baby body faster! With the increases in muscle toning and flexibility, you may even find yourself in BETTER shape than before your pregnancy!
On top of the physical benefits of exercise, mommyFITT also allows you to get out and be with other moms who can relate to the newness, joys, and challenges of being a mother(youre not alone!).
With daycare being provided for children of all ages, you can spend more time focusing on your workouts!
*Cost is $250 for 8 weeks, with classes mon, wed, and fri for 45 minutes. (3 classes/wek)
