Shane Chynoweth, Owner/Operator of Temple Fitness, has been involved in fitness for over 15 years.
He is a certified personal trainer who focuses on core stability and cardiovascular health, which naturally increases strength and flexibility, tones muscle and burns fat in a safe, effective style of training which can be done anywhere from public parks to the privacy of your own home!
On top of the physical exercise components of fitness, Shane is also registered with the Alberta Colleges of Sports Medicine as a Level 1 Nutritionist.
Our Philosophy is that fitness is a lifestlye, not just something you do once or twice a week. To help you achieve that, we offer many different styles of training from Kickboxing to Yoga to Resistance Training and Aerobics to ensure you'll never be bored with the 'same old workout'
As well, we offer Medicine Hat's ONLY fulltime outdoor training programs! Get out in the fresh air and enjoy the sun, or have fun playing in the rain! Outdoor programs run fulltime from March to November, with special WINTER WARRIOR programs available.
